    I don't but if you have a problem with the alarm we may be able to help you repair it yourself if you tell us the problem?

    Thanks for your reply just looking to changes codes and zone descriptions the panel is engineer locked

    If the system is engineer locked you will need to contact another installer or else ask the company to come out and change it to a code you want.
    They may charge to do this for you.
