Is it just me or is the search feature broken at the moment?

The avatars on the touch site aren't showing up alright.

The search function on the touch site though? That was always pants!

If you click on "my posts" it brings you to the search. This happening to anyone else?

We could change this thread into a search thread where people post what they're looking for and someone else can help them find it... Use the collective powers of AH for good instead of evil for a change...

    Anyone - what's bluewolf's phone number?

    That's a prime number! :pac:

edit: And a polite number!! No, hang on, that one's not very impressive...

edit 2: Awww - it's a HAPPY number :) And an amenable one. But also an evil one and probably an apocalyptic one :(

"Find all my posts" - when you put the cursor over your username.

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

In my defense, I couldn't find that thread because the search feature was broken.

Clicking on 'find all my posts' gives me my posts from a year ago.

On the touch site it's actually the handiest way of picking up where you left off in a thread.

There's another thread in the Site Dev forum though that once you go back in a thread on the touch site, it gets flagged as unread, which means you have to go in again through your last post in the thread.

    It's fairly frustrating.

Does it take you long to read through all of them?

Ah, that's always being like that. Usually you have to search again within the search page shown in your picture.

One thing that pisses me off is the "search subfolders" option rarely searches the subfolders!

Search server had a hard drive failure. Index is currently being rebuilt....

Searching again within that search page only yielded the same result as the original search. That's when I knew something was up.
