replacement gear&brake cable set recommendation?

    Having bother with sticking fd cable,
    Also noticed cracks on outer housing of other cables,
    Have decided it would be a sensible idea to replace all the cables and outers,
    Bike is kitted with shimano 105
    Had a look online at ptfe lined cables etc but they are about double the price of a normal set, was wondering if they are worth it?
    Any experiences or recommendations for decent replacement set would be great,
    Have been looking at shimano, Clarkes and jagwire. .....

    I just change mine with Clarkes every year or so, depending on the use the bike gets. I personally don't think it is work paying crazy money for what is essentially the same thing.

    If I get a sticky cable, I change it, cheap and cheerful fix.
