How long does it take for your oh to get into bed

It takes aleast 1 hour before the missus is ready for bed drives me fecking mad,i mean lights on,putting creams on all over body ,then pjs on,then getting her clothes ready for the morning ,setting the alarm clock wtf i am in bed in 30sec
so tell me how long do you take....

kinda sounds like a "I need more passion in my marriage thread" than "my wife is too fussy about bedtime".

If my OH took an hour to come to bed, and spent that time arranging clothes, I'd be thinking there's a problem.

But different strokes for different folks, I'm possibly reading too much into your post.

I shower in the mornings, and if I don't take another before bed I make sure all the important parts are clean before I go to bed.

I would hope most people do.

Me - take off makeup, shower, shave, moisturize, brush teeth, pluck eyebrows, straighten/curl hair, get clothes ready for morning, write up to-do list, set forty alarms, bed. Prob about 30 mins all in all.

OH - brush teeth, strip, lie down. 3 mins.

Haha. Takes my boyfriend longer to get to bed than me. But that's because he *needs* to smoke before bed and *needs* to watch tv and make hot chocolate and play games...

I usually just decide I'm going to bed, take off make up, brush teeth, in bed. 5 minutes. Why should it take longer? Never been one to plan out clothes for the morning or have a shower the night before. I don't really mind getting up earlier in the morning to do all that. And at that it take me about half an hour to get up, have a shower, get dressed, blowdry hair, put on makeup, leave the house.. I'm a very rushed person.

Oh the joys of married life after 30 years. OH will be sitting dozing on sofa. Right I say I am going to bed Hold on he will say I am going too. Look over again and he is dozing again. Half an hour later we are still having the conversation. Finally he decides to go to bed. First off all he will go to bedroom to make sure curtains are closed which takes all of 15 mins (what the bloody hell dose he be doing). Then he has to fill hot water bottle and leave it in the bed.Then he might decide he will have cornflakes another 10 mins. Then he will go to the bathroom, comes out and checks that all lights are off, makes his way to bedroom turns again to make certain sure all lights are off. I wouldnt mind but I am still sitting there and will put lights back on anyway. So from start to finish I would say a good hour. Me I pull on my pjs and jump in zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I take off my make up as soon as I get home so no worrying about it before bed. I usually just feel tired, go brush my teeth, get into bed. 2 minutes?
