Noticed my dairy cows coughing at the end of July. Used EPRINEX pour on them but some of them are still coughing. Notice it especially when bringing them in for milking. Think I will have treat them again but wondering if I should use something else ? Not much you can use on milking cows is there ???

Not much you can do anyway - dosewise, get them tested...

    Are you a spring herd?
    When is your dry-off date?
How are you doing on quota?

I'd talk to your vet before re-dosing them.
