I am just getting into road cycling and a lot of people have recommended for me to get a giant bike and my budget is €600. I want to get a second hand bike and there is a lot of giant defy 3 bikes on done deal when I read its specs it seemed like a decent bike for the price. I am wondering if I it is woth the money or if there is another bike in my budget that is better than the gianr

I'd be looking for better value then a 2nd hand defy3 for approx 600euro.

Yep not really worth it....600 should get you a 105 equipped bike with decent enough frame...defy 2 or speech allez ...trek 1.2 and the likes

There's a defy 3 on adverts at the main for 350 and a 3.5 with 105 for a little more.

If you're not in a rush there'll be a few coming up for sale as the weather turns.
