You need your contact lenses fitting prescription not your spectacle prescription firstly

You need to talk to an optician. You need a contact lens assessment. You have a relatively complex prescription, a relatively irregular shaped eye so fitting you with lenses will take additional time, additional appointments, and also additional money.

Probably for soft monthly toric lenses and you can expect to pay anything from about €20 to €50 euro per month for these depending on which is the most suitable for comfort, vision cost and longterm health of your eyes.

Colour changing contact lenses are not readily available in your prescription unless you are prepared to pay for a handmade custom lens which I guess would cost you a one off charge of anything from €300 to €600 euro
