Patio doors in Charlesland Wood

Has anyone had problems with their patio doors in Charlesland Wood houses? The bottom & middle hinges were coming through the wood on one if mine for a number of years but after being very careful it got so bad that the door was going to fall off so had to get a replacement from the original suppliers, Munster Joinery,…

Has anyone had problems with their patio doors in Charlesland Wood houses? The bottom & middle hinges were coming through the wood on one if mine for a number of years but after being very careful it got so bad that the door was going to fall off so had to get a replacement from the original suppliers, Munster Joinery, earlier this year for nearly €400. The same problem however is now happening again!
Had anyone else had similar problems? Munster Joinery not being very helpful. I think that the door frames are either not thick enough for the hinges or the hinges are too big or fitted badly. Would be good to know if this is common.
