double click the photo you want to display - in pix.ie

you will then see pic enlarged , and at the bottom there will be 2 texts to copy , choose the text in forums and copy this text - then in your boards post , paste the text and thats it.

i have done that and it does not work for me, it keeps telling me that it needs to link back to pix.ie.

strange - thats how it works for me - perhaps it is down - Marcus sometimes reads here and there is also a Pix.ie sub forum here on boards.

There is a new(ish) criteria for posting images on Boards.ie and that is you should have a minimum of 50 posts and be a member of the site for more than 10 days. It's one of the methods being used to combat spam on the site. We know it's an inconvience but it does help.

If you get involved in a couple of discussions in any of the forums you'll find that 50 posts clocks up rather quickly.

^^^There's another one to the count. :)

I was pointed to this. I'm about to add it to the forum charter for future reference.

    Post count based restrictions
As an anti-spam measure, certain options are limited to a minimum number of posts,

    Signatures: 50
Posting a link: 50 posts and signed up for 10 days or more.

Don't post rubbish or spam for the purpose of upping your post count to meet these conditions, your posts will be removed and your account probably banned. The same applies for appending a faked signature.

Posts in these forums don't count towards your post count:
    Recycle Bin
    Prison
    Test
    Soccer Access Requests
    The Cuckoo's Nest
    The Thunderdome
    Puzzles & Quizzes
    Reported Posts
    FlirTar
    Creative Writing
