    Also, I wonder did the Czech authorities consult with bosses at YouTube before deciding to use it as deterrant and dumping ground for videos of lads pissing up against walls.

    What's to stop YouTube telling them to fuck off and do their own dirty work ?

    They have public urinals in the Netherlands. They're the right job. Haven't seen anyone pissing in the street.
