Does Sweden have something similar to the ICB, where her can get a report of loans taken and owed in his name? He lived in Sweden for 8 years and moved home to Ireland in 2010. Since than, he separated from wife and is paying a loan off, through her every week, which he suspects is long paid off. The loan was taken out for approx €10,000 and that was 10 years ago. His wife will not give proof of any loan and threatens him with access to his kids whenever he asks about the loan. It's a bit complex, but would like to know if he can find out if there are any loans in his name in Sweden.
