meteor 4g student deal

I saw that meteor had a deal for 9.99 for 6 months for students and I think the contact is only for them 6 months aswel. I want to get rid of o2 cause I'll be moving in a few months( to a glorious land where I will have UPC after years of ****ty o2)my o2 Internet won't even work anymore.how is the meteor 4g?
