Lock advice

    Lost my house keys with my only bike key, and so must replace the lock. Was thinking of breaking out and getting a Fahgedabadit (sp?) but it's two kilos, which is going a bit far for my old bike. Now I'm thinking of the Kryptonite Evolution Mini Lock and a snaky sub-lock.
    Any advice, info on best price, etc? Faget is half the price on Chain Reaction, but they don't seem to do the Evolution Mini. Amazon has the EM and a snaky for £48, but separate sellers and not free shipping…

    Try adverts.ie... Lots of Kryptonite locks on there last time I looked.

    Also Kryptonite can replace your keys for you if you register them in case you lose them in the future. I think the first one or two replacements are free.

    I like the look of the Evolution Mini, which is around £30 on amazon, or £40ish with a snaky lock added to it. However, it seems to be slightly less available than it was, and amazon isn't offering free shipping. Since this often means an upgrade is coming, I may hold off a while.

    I got one from Harry's bikes online and they had it to me a day later with free shipping. Works a treat for me (the bike is still there) :)
