Steam a bag of frozen stir fry veg then add a lump of butter and some soya sauce.

I also purposely buy strawberry whey which I dislike as it forces me to blend it up with frozen berries. It's tasty Gooooooooooooooood once blended up, can also throw in a cube of frozen spinach.

    Ridiculous amount.

    In a week
Go through 1/2 bags frozen spinach a week.
    Brussel sprouts
    2 pack of peppers
    Onions
    2 packs cherry tomatoes
    whole cucumber
    tin sweetcorn
Majority of head of cauliflower (cauliflower rice/mash mainly)
turnip (turnip chips mainly, sometimes as mash)
    Most weeks beansprouts too
Bag or two of fresh spinach or lettuce

Always have a bag of mixed frozen veg, sprouts, spinach in the freezer.
Have started buying a pack of baby corn and green beans too.,

And then of course whatever is 39cent in Aldi. Totes obv :P

Don't overdo it on the broccoli. Eat enough of it and you will get fat.

From another thread a few days ago....

Processed food & processed drinks are the only reason people are fat. You don't get fat eating real food.

    Sarcasm is lost on you.

Thinking that was a serious comment makes you the muppet!

Between myself & my fiance we typically get through this in a week:

    2 x punnets blueberries
    2 x punnets raspberries
    1 x punnet strawberries
    Honeydew melon
    10 x bananas
    2 x bags spinach
    Butternut squash or sweet potato
    Broccoli
    Mushrooms
    Onions

Every second or third week we'd also get a bag of carrots, celery, spuds, frozen peas.

I'm flattered. Hopefully you learned something.

You should have read them more carefully as you might have picked up on the sarcasm (muppet).
