You really need to take a hard look at yourself with those kind of comments. Do you know anyone who has died from ALS/MND? Because I personally do. And I can tell you its increasing support and generating much more awareness in what the disease actually is and how it completely strips away at individuals until there death. So please stop being a sarcastic jumped up idiot. All donations are welcome no matter how small or big, remember that.

As stated above. While many see the challenge as a bit of a fad...it has so far raised millions of dollars in the US and hundreds of 1000's Euro in Ireland alone.

Awareness is the goal, regardless of who takes part.
