Got my new glasses from Specsavers

    and since I brought them home I realise they are worse then pair I wear now.

    I presume I can go back and ask to format them or whatever.

    Cant complain about service I got last Saturday for the test and choice of glasses, but little peeed off

    Will be interesting to see what they do tomorrow..

    Im making assumption it will take few days again.

    I think their Optomotrists (sp?) are pretty good, but it can tend to fall apart a bit after that. You end up seeing two or three more people to do this and that, including trying to pick the most suitable frames, which (as in my case) weren't quite right (on two occasions, had to go back). Have now gone with a smaller, but well established Opticians - great service, no rush, pleasant atmosphere - and two weeks later am perfectly happy with my new specs. OK, maybe a tad more expensive than SpecSavers, but I don't want more than one pair of new specs - the house is full of old ones that 'do' in an emergency! Go back and get them to sort it out.
