Nurse on Call or CPL

    I'm a student nurse who's is thinking of joining an agency to do HCA work but am not sure which agency is better? Can anybody give me advice or share their experiences? Thank you

    I did some HCA work with NoC in college around 9-10 years ago, no hassle getting paid but hours were harder to come by in the summer, might be easier when you're back in college. Not sure how it shapes up now though.

    As with most agencies, if you get to know the staff in one particular ward/institution, you will find it easier to secure hours into the future.

    Hi im a student with cpl, nurse on call don't do hcas in the south check their websites about what areas , I'd imagine both would be the same pay wise, I haven't worked since July but from whet I've heard work is drying up but that's cork so your area could be different . All the best with it
