So my wife has agreed (not said no :P) to a roadtrip next year for another game.

The game that sticks out for me is @ buffalo as it will likely allow me to see another game (colts, Steeler, Eagles Skins, Ravens) but also its in an area where i can get to some scenic places.

but my preference would be a home Titans game tbh.

So any recommendations on "must see" things on the east coast?

I like mountains, lakes and all things romantic.

Will be bringing 12-14 month old too, so that will influence how much driving we do.

tbh, with the Titans playing the Pats at some point.. it would be a pretty cool game to get to in what is Bradys last year :P

    Is December too late?

Titans host the Giants in week 14 and the Jets in week 15. Two home games in 7 days. That could be two W's!

You can drive around during the week I guess, use Tennessee as a base

Just to help the demise of Corvus I go to the Broncos @ Jets on Oct 12th in Met life and then see the Jets @ Patriots on the 16th in Gillette. Buddy over who is a Jets fan and we get to see Manning and Brady in the same week.

Yep too late, while i want to see a game (2 preferably) i'll have a toddler with me so will want to be outdoors seeing stuff which is why Sept/early October is preferable

Mike it will be two W's.. dont you worry :p
I have a post up on the Titans site i'm on for some info aswell

@ TO, nice week of football there!

Can't offer anything for next year, but as for this year:

Denver Broncos at New England Patriots on week 13, Manning and Brady, who can pass that up?

Either of the Pittsburgh Steelers vs Baltimore Ravens games in Week 2 & Week 9, one of the best rivalries in the NFL.

Either of the New England Patriots and the New York Jets on week 7 & week 16, they hate each other and the bad blood between them usually makes for a great and entertaining game. (But the northeast in week 16? Not much to look at in the way of scenery, and you better be part polar bear)

I’m going to the last preseason NY Jets game at the Philadelphia Eagles on the 28th of August. I plan on wearing my Tim Tebow Jets jersey down in the animal farm that is Philly. Pretty brave of me with a couple of police officers along for protection, eh? :)

(are the Titans still playing flag football? They really need a change of culture. Of course the Jets haven't been much better as of late.)

You gotta go see Niagara Falls if you go to Buffalo.

yeah depending on when the buffalo game is, i'd like that due to the proximity to mountains and other cool stuff but if its in the depths of winter it wont be an option.

Ideal scenario would be Buffalo game is in late September would then head to Vermont, new hampshire/ Mass and probably finish with a Pats or NY game

Other than the Falls there is nothing in Buffalo such a miserable city as is Niagara. The Canadian side is better but its just full of casinos. New Hampshire and Vermont are beautiful in Fall and winter.

Will do TO, fixtures as usual should be late April-ish.

When do season tickets get released for the Pats?

June. Before buying your tickets let me know. I have a couple of friends who sell me their tickets for face value. I will ask them for their 4 tickets for that game. One of them I know might give them to me.I will know as soon as the season tickets are released. He might even decide when the schedule is set.

For anyone thats been on the Pats train the last year or 2, how reliable is it?

Seems to be getting mixed reviews but the reviews are generally a couple of years old

If we go to game together and tailgate I will get you to and from game. Once the schedule dates are released I should be able to sort those tickets out.
