    Hi guys

in need of some advice. I have an uncle who lives next door with a field between us, he has parked a dumper truck thing in the entrance with out permission, in fact he took up some stakes i had put there, i have told him if he doesn't take it away i shall be calling the guards, ti which he laughed, hes a bit sociopath and i dont speak to him or his family, all i want is to be left is peace, any advice on how to resolve this with minimum carnage??

See s.19c of the Public OrderAct as inserted by the Housing Act 2002.

    http://www.irishstatutebook.ie/2002/en/act/pub/0009/sec0024.html

Print it, show it to your uncle, and give him fair warning that he can shove off or it'll become a Garda matter.

Then go to the guards if necessary.

You may need to point out the section to them, as they may not be aware of it.
