Never advocating anything illegal, but two weekends ago my neighbour saw a junkie/drunk on o'connell st kick his tiny puppy across the road. She just grabbed it, threw €20 at him to distract him and ran. He was only about 5-6 weeks old poor baby. The DSPCA came and picked him up, hoping he made it. I suspected a very heavy worm load as a minimum.
