    Hi guys,

Not sure if people still offer C&C here or if this belongs in a sub-forum - have been out of the loop for a little while! Was hoping to get some C&C on my macro shots of flowers, specifically with respect to post-processing - contrast, use (or overuse!) of vignette and overall presentation. Guest pass to my Flickr album available here

    Appreciate it guys!

    Paul

Could you post the images to the thread?

Hmmmm there are about 30 of them?! I have them as a set of sorts. Does the guest pass link work?

Can't see anything unless they are Macro Macro sized? :P

They're pictures of flowers ? Nothing really 'macro' there that I can see ? I'd pick a few that you're particularly interested in getting feedback on and post them in-thread. Nothing useful ever happens if people just bung a link to a flickr set of 30+images.

I'm no expert on flower shots and as Daire said so many to take in but they look pretty nice to me as flower shots and nice DoF.
The dying flower shots were pretty interesting too.

/Looking a 2nd time only thing I would've done differently is to add maybe a tad more saturation (colour)

They're nice but fairly standard good floral photos.
White garlic and bluebell stand out for me, very nice. the rest are the same as 95% of floral photos, good field of depth, nothing bad about them but nothing memorable.
That's meant in a constructive way and not shooting you down.
