    I heard of a tree been painted if a big branch fell off
    would anyone know if its gloss or emulison paint
    my sheep have skinned the bark of a young tree.

    paint will not help the tree seal over the wound, only the tree itself can do that. Is the tree ringbarked or damaged on one side? A picture would help
