Doing a factory reset S4

    I moved networks from meteor to 3 and am not getting any mobile data and was told to do a factory reset, i'm not sure what the best way of going about this regarding backing up apps, pics ect so any advice welcomed thanks.

    Trust me ive done that, ive probably made 20 calls today, APN settings are correct just getting no data connection whatsoever

    Deleted the settings and done a new one, bit strange as it is the exact same

    I can't get any 4g on my one even though I have the option in the settings. The phone is factory unlocked. Any way of sorting this? This is with 3
