    Just a general musing

Can you get cold water storage tanks here that have a (half) triangular cross section to allow them be positioned closer to the roof underside to make better use of space, say for an attic conversion?

I have never seen nor heard of one.
But attic tanks wedged into tight corners to allow for attic conversions become a big headache when it comes to changing worn ball-cocks or other repairs.

Are ya not better off just using a long narrow one and putting it against one of the walls.

Access is good and space isn't really compromised.

Plus do ya see the price of that tank

Up as close to the inside of the eaves would save space, but with the price.
Still seems a waste of space behind it and pushes the tank much further out, against the walls would be possible but also wastes space.

As corkgsxr said, that's an extremely expensive tank. It's also astonishingly heavy, hence the outrageous carriage.
