Hi,

We have a double room with wardrobe and bedside locker to rent in Belmayne (beside Clarehall out the Malihide Road).
The house is a large 4 bedroom house in the newish Belmayne estate, it has been freshly renovated and is finished to a high standard with a large kitchen and large living area. Shed out the back, upstairs and downstairs toilets.

Currently renting is one male and one female, both mature students (29 and 34). We are very laid back and friendly, so would be looking for similar.

Rent is €400 monthly + bills.
