high packet loss

    Eircom efibre 100mb package. I have very high packet loss all day it is restricting me from gaming online but doesnt seem to affect anything else. I can browse the web pages load fine i can stay connected on my xbox and ps4 but just wnt let me connect to any game servers. Anyone know a fix?

    I tried rebooting it and turning it off for 30 seconds still the same out come. Was working great last night :(

    picture shows the stats of my connection, packet loss etc...
    its abit blurry but the packet loss is 74percent their.

    Keeps going up and down from 20percent to 90percent

    My mhz is at 20 also .

    Did you contact Eircom to report this? That would be my 1st step.

    far too late, on a sat also? will try ring them monday before work, kinda ruined my weekend in :/

    my neighbour is on the same package, same line I'd say also, he has no problems

    Have you done a router reboot and test again?
