Audio out of sync while streaming?

Has anyone else ever had this problem? It only seems to affect certain titles but it's quite annoying and can easily ruin films/TV shows. I tried watching a film on Amazon Prime last night and it's happened with a few Breaking Bad episodes on Netflix as well.
