    Hi

I am planning to visit New York in early October for 8 days and looking for cheap direct flights from Dublin.

The minimum price I got was 500 pp but after taxes and card charges I got to almost 600 pp. I was like damn....

Any ideas where can I get cheap flights?

Yes that's what I tried and was happy to see 500 but at the end of booking there are taxes and debit card charges which all together spikes it to 600.

I booked two trips recently to NYC (visiting family) 7th September for 11 days and 21st December for the same. Tried skyscranner, ebookers etc and aer lingus consistently the cheapest. Direct flights Dublin to NYC for the December trip were €535 each (including taxes) and the Sept flights were about a fiver more expensive.

Edit: oops sorry just saw you booked your flights. Enjoy!
