o2 broadband data issue

    My broadband allows me 15gb per month, I checked by usage today it was at 14.9gb but the usage charge says I'm 60Euro over. All data logs are up to date so that's not the issue. I'm fairly tech savy so I know it's not a fault on my part. I contacted o2 who logged into my account using my user id and password and they confirmed that something is wrong but they don't seem to know what. Has anyone else ever had this problem with their broadband?? I would upload a screen shot if I could but not allowed on boards.ie

    The usage on O2 usually takes about 24 hours to update so maybe you did go over the limit but it hasn't yet updated on your account just yet check maybe tomorrow and see if it changes.

    I had an issue ages ago where they wiped a similar amount from my prepaid modem, despite me having applied a pass and being within the allowance. I rang them up and they rang me back in a few days and refunded it all.
