If one reports a moderator's post in a forum that they are moderator of, do they get to see and handle the report?

All moderators get a copy of all the reported posts in their forum (I just tested it to be sure); the standard policy would be to leave it to one of the other mods to deal with or bump up to CMod if they are not available.

Generally speaking, if a mod is reported in their own forum then the issue should be dealt with by either their co-mod, or perhaps the Category Mod in the interest of fairness.

They do get to see it. It would not be appropriate for a mod to handle it themselves.

You can PM a Cmod of the category with the link and they can advise.
