    Hi,

Did the Euromillions in Spain and won the grand total of €5.

Went to a shop in Ireland and the ticket machine would not recognize the ticket. I was under the impression that you could claim your winnings in any participating nation not just the country you bought the ticket in?

I would have thought that too but apparently not

Interestingly the timeframe for claiming also differs from country to country, ranging from 60 days (France & Luxembourg) to 3 years (Austria). Ireland is 90 days while UK is 180 days
