the difference in vetting?

    I was just wondering would there be a big difference in garda vetting for a homeless or even voluntary organisation compared to joining the army or gardai?

    for example if I wanted to join the army would they look a lot closer at my files? and would they be more likely to let minor things affect an application?

    Yes, for PDF/Garda jobs, its far more thorough. They can afford to be picky in who they hire.
