boiling water bath

    hi,
i am currently in the process of setting up an after school club for STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) projects in the primary school i teach in. a local multinational generously donated some equipment to us so i am looking at ideas what to do with it. we were given a lot of beakers and droppers but the biggest thing we got was a clifton boiling water bath.

so i've got two options here, is the boiling bath something i can keep and do some cool experiments with to get the lads interested in science or is it something i could sell (and if so to who?) and use the money to buy equipment that might be more at their level??

if anyone could give me any advice or point me in the right direction i'd love to hear it!
    thanks
