Hi there. I was wondering if anybody could refer me to any Irish case law that used/approved of the sub division of presumed undue influence into the so called category 2a and 2b.

I understand it has been since been disapproved of in Bank of Scotland v Etridge however i can neither find Irish cases that have invoked the sub-division or approved or disapproved of it.

Any assistence would be greatly appriciated.

    Thanks

    I'll check that out.

Is this the first Irish case where the sub-division was mentioned/approved ?
