Can't access IPv4 properties

A while ago I set up a static IP address, and I need to get back in there and see what's going on, because I've run in to a problem, however, I can't seem to get in, and I have no idea why.

You may have a rootkit which has infected your tcpip.sys file. You can swap this file out in Safe Mode or run a scan with MalwareBytes.

Yeah, after running scan and doing steps in link it's working now, thanks.
