Is it too late to apply for BSCFA? I thought I had until Sept but havent seen any of the usual forms & booklets in the local Social Welfare/Citizens Info offices recently......

You can apply up to 30th September, you should ring them and they will send you out the form

Text “Form BTSCFA” followed by your name and address to 51909 and they'll send you a form in the post
