Bike rack Replacement Parts Help

I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction.

We borrowed a bike rack last week and I stupidly tied the straps incorrectly and the bikes came off the car. (blessed that only bikes damaged and missing parts, lesson learned).

The part I am lucking to replace is the grips that hold the bikes in place on the bar. They look like bike handlebar grips.

Anyone know if these can be bought separately before I go buy a new rack? Dr Google is not helping me this morning!

    Thanks.

Sorry no pictures, not enough posts on Boards I think!

I will check to see if there is a name on it when I get home.
