    hey Lads wondering could you give this a quick once over

    A year ago numbers were Squat 160kgx1, Dl 200kgx1 and bench 110x1

    due to work ive been out of the gym for a year! Ive run SS and Madcow and C/P before

    Progressions are Squat/bench/OH 2.5kg/session, DL is as per C/P and chins as above.
    The extra back assistance work is because ive a serious imbalance on my back, lats are there but nothing else is, even the rear delts, hence hammering them with iso work so they catch up
