Don't bother..

.. ordered 5 for €12 two weeks ago.

They cancelled 4, despatched one and that never arrived. Sent 2 e-mails.. no response!

Dodgy dodgy dodgy.. and most non-existant customer service I've ever dealt with.

Had a few quid on my Entropay account so gave it a go. Dredd, Looper, Iron Man 2 and Dark Knight Rises for €14 (incl. delivery) will be nice but my expectations are quite low.

Yep, rental copies with stickers stuck to the inlays. Atrocious customer care, no replies at all most of the time. Stay away.

Stay well clear,I ordered off them and I'm stil waiting on two of my DVDs,I emailed five times now no reply back at all, they charged my card.

I must be in the minority, that i've had few issues ordering from them... put through 3 order, about 13-14 blu-ray in total, got all but 1 (on first order, re-ordered from them next time and got that blu-ray).
The ones not shipped, I got an email advising they'd refund and it was.

Got an email, 2 of the 4 I ordered were cancelled, the others were 'dispatched', though I'm taking nothing for granted.

OK, got the first of four yesterday, just got an email telling me two of the others had been dispatched but that one was "out of stock or unsuitable for sale" and was cancelled.

As Meatloaf said, three out of four ain't bad. The one I received was in mint condition so I'll be giving XV Marketplace a lash again.

Wouldn't call it a risk - if you don't receive one of them, what have you lost?

Current selection isn't great though.

For the record, on the purchase I mentioned above, 2 arrived the day after the email I got. I've just checked the CC statement for the refund for the other two, and they appear to have not charged me at all. Mad.

I ordered some a few weeks ago. 2 of them never arrived. They processed the refund after 1 email. Came home on Friday to find the 2 I ordered waiting for me.

Not really; I ordered 4 last month, only 3 arrived and I was only charged for 3.

In fact, my card wasn't charged anything until the discs had been received.

Very happy with the service, bargain basement prices. Win-win.
