Family member has one for years and they love it, it has also been very reliable. Not my cup of tea but each to their own.

Great little off roader and fine around city or town but its not geared for motorways

    elaborate re motorways?

Sits happy at 60mph. It's a bit noisy any faster. And far less economical

The revs will be high when your travelling at motorway speeds.

This makes the engine noisy and much less efficient

I had one for a few years and it was trouble free and great fun to drive. Was great in the big snow a few years ago!

As others have said, not great on the motorway, quite noisy and best to keep to 100kph, but all in all a great little car.

The girlfriend has one, they aren't the worst car going, but as said, it doesn't like the motorway at all, they scream doing 120kph in 5th gear and feel a little wobbly, but all in all they're a good little car for what they are, and fun to drive off road

I worked in a Suzuki garage in the UK for some years and worked with them and i also owned one for about 6 months and i loved it but had to sell it because
as people have said before they are reliable and a great fun little car but unlike most little cars they "don't do motorways"
Great for a second car but if you plan to do any long journeys regularly i would consider buying something else, you would think it was going to explode at anything over 65 mph on the motorway. they are a very narrow car and tall, they feel very scary driving in strong winds.
Having said all that i'd love to have one again, but only as the second car.

My wife has one and has owned one since 2003 it's an 02 reg. I think they are a great little jeep. Brilliant off-rod and in the snow. Really bad on the motorway. As the others have said I don't so over 65mph, it can do it I brought it over to the uk when I moved there in 2006. I only have had one problem with a cam sensor(€110) the rest was only service items. They are very basic as well.
Do let that put you off, very reliable, and get fun off road or in the snow. Not for motorways.

A 2007 will also have the great little 1.3 DOHC VVT engine. Timing chain and a decent spread of power throughout the range.
