3 merger with O2

    I don’t need tech assistance so I thought I’d post here.

    Hi, located in the countryside I have come to accept the slow internet speeds I have received from my 3 dongle over the last few years. However in the last few days my connection has been constantly dropping making internet usage very problematic now. To their credit 3 have now clearly informed me that they have substantial network problems in the area and that its something to do with the masts and that there is now a ‘limited service on my account’ which may last for sometime. I am informed by 3 that I now have two options, firstly to continue with the limited service or cancel my account. Interestingly they also told me that the merger of 3 with 02 has taken place.

    At a time when the merger promised “AN EVEN BETTER NETWORK PERFORMANCE”, it does seem rather strange that my internet has now developed this problem. I guess its just that thing called a coincidence! :)
