I've been on and off NSNG for the last 6 weeks and just wondering if anyone else here is doing it so we can have a general discussion.
I don't particularly want to have a debate with anyone about whether they believe it to be good or bad so can we keep this thread to NSNGers only please?

Do you listen much? I've read his book and listened to approx 15 podcasts but I find him hard to take... Talks a lot of bull at the start and sometime the majority of the show and he can be quite repetitive. What do you think?

Are you strict NSNG? And have you been NSNG long? I find it easy weekdays but really fall down at weekends when I want a beer or some wine

I've listened to a good few. I just fast forward to the actual interview- he talks a lot of rubbish but once he gets serious it's really good stuff. I got the book on audible which I really enjoyed. I was nsng before but even more so after listening to him and others. The main thing he helped me with was changing my mindset. I find it easy to follow now. I never crave the sugar and grains any more. I look at food in two ways- it's real or it's an edible food like product. I just eat the real stuff. I used to drink at weekends but pretty much have stopped but no harm in odd one.
