    when I was in India, it was the norm to drive with full beams on and they only used the dips to warn people they were coming! Between that and the horn blowing, I see a lucrative market for secondhand cars parts from Ireland.

    When I was in Marrakech, Morocco, back in May, there were two kinds of people - driving without any lights, or driving with their high beams on constantly.
    Organised chaos is as close as I can describe it.
