Need a little help or advice on this one. Like many clubs mine (North Tipp Wheelers) is working to develop a structure to allow all cyclists regardless of level enjoy a good club spin. Our system is based on 3 groups, A, B and C. This year we have put a system in place where all 3 groups set out together on the Sun morning spin, after approx 10km the A and B group up the pace, while the C group carry on at the original pace. After approx 40km the B group drop out and drop the pace back a little. In this way riders can progress through the groups knowing there will be a group behind if the pace is too strong. I would love to be able to show this with a simple animation on our club website, but not sure what programme to use. Any suggestions?

I'd use aftereffects and deliver it as a gif but I'd imagine there's plenty of alternatives like flash or even PowerPoint? Really depends on the level of quality. 3 simple growing coloured lines with two dropping off the pace is very simple for someone who'd know any of those programmes.
