I thought that was a joke - unbelievable really. Perhaps he can't sleep either & is using twitter like we use boards ; as a sleep contraceptive. A very modern war indeed...

The Azerbaijan president declared a state of war. Looks like a bit of demagoguery on his part, as the disputed region is majority Armenian and backed by Russia, a full scale war would be messy.
