Im looking at skyscanner here and came across flights by tripair, travelgenio and bravofly. Can anyone tell me what these companies are like with flight bookings? I'm booking flights to the phillipines for october and these guys are the cheapest.

I normaly use ebookers and the odd occassion budgetair but they are over €100 more expensive then these guys this time round.

Any help on the above named?

    Thanks :-)

Go onto TripAdvisor and look them up, there are pages and pages of awful reviews. Connections that are too short, flights that have been cancelled by the airlines and no money has been refunded, too much money being taken from cards, customer services that don't have any English speaking helplines should you need it (the list goes on, that was off the top of my head).

However I think I've read on here that people have used them and they've had no issues so, go on to TA and see what you think. Personally I'd steer clear, €100 is nothing compared to losing the entire cost of flights if these agencies don't do their job properly.

While those sites are useful to find cheap fares/routings I wouldn't book through them- if you find the cheap fare is through BA or Lufthansa for example book directly with them instead of through the agency/deal site.

I booked through bravofly a few months back, found them way cheaper and had no problems! Only thing is if you needed to contact them for any reason can only be done by phone which costs an arm and a leg!
