Swords may be a fit far to come I suspect ?

Was going to recommend Fingal TV on the Mainstreet opposite McDonalds. 01-8402206 is the number as far as I can recall.

    Hello

    I used this lad : http://www.davidwhitetv.ie/

He called to my house in Dublin 4, picked up the TV, fixed it and returned it.

I was very sceptical of this, sounded too good to be true (i.e the calling to your house to pick it up and then drop it back to you again), but all worked out fine and I can recommend the above lad.

Was a LCD Samsung 32 inch and it supposedly needed the power supply board replaced ( I know nothing about TV's so could not check before hand what problem was )

All in , cost me 70 euro. again, dont know if I was ridden or not , but the TV came back working again.

€70 for the TV to be collected, repaired and brought back (especially in Dublin, where services tend to be more expensive anyway) seems relatively good value.

your confusing things here a lot. I am the one that said I got it for 70 euros. byte just simply said it was good value.

    Read the thread again.
