    Ward's Heating & Plumbing

I may be biased as I know them personally, but can only say good things about their work. Have sorted our showers for us and replaced our boiler and we've had no issues :)

You do know to install a second electric shower that you need an electrician to install an interlock at the fuseboard?

I'm aware of that I was hoping to find someone that would be able to to both or will know someone that will

It is allowed. You just need to have a system in place whereby they cannot both be on at any one time.

I think in new builds it's not recommended because it can melt your fuse box!! Why not try putting a neg head pump (quiet) on your water system and get rid of the 2 elec showers and just run off your hot water tank? Should be possible in most cases ! Bit added extra exp to start with but guarantees to pay for itself in a year or so rather than running elec showers that are heavy on de juice! Depends on your setup though most cases it's possible !

I already have some experience with those pumps and would not consider installing them. Immersion costs more to heat the water that electric shower. I know the oil heats the water in the winter but the tanks is small plus electric shower is on demand. 2 electric showers can blow the fuse and burn the whole installation in any house new or not so they can never be on at the same time, I doubt the pressure would be good enough anyways.

Not locally got one from Dublin that specialises in shower installations I think I found him through donedeal. Much cheaper than local quotes and only charged €20 for diesel.
