    Because is their is more people looking for decent properties, that what's available.
    Also we haven't built much houses since 2008 in the city, while at the same time the capitals population has grown

    Because people are just about able to pay the cost and need somewhere to live. And because landlords never refuse more rent.

    It is if they share a house in an area they can afford. Thousands do it every year.
