Does anyone know if it would be possible to get a replacement LNB arm for my Lenson Heath 1m dish. it had a dip hole at the elbow which must have got blocked and therefore has now corroded quite badly.

Doubt you'll have any luck, do you actually need a 1m dish? You can buy a cheap (POS) Sky 60cm for less then 30.

Also, if you are replacing the 1m, be sure to get one with the LNB arm protruding through the dish, they are stronger, last longer and align better (less movement) like the Triax TD110

This Gibertini is an excellent aluminium dish, €20 for delivery iirc

While I had it motorised 20 years ago, I want to add a multi block to it now so I plan sticking with the 1m for that reason.

The triax td110 would possibly be my best option since the multi block would connect on straight away.

Would the metal on the arm be too far corroded away from the corner, so that it could have straps in the shape of the bend welded to its sides or something? Ordinary rod welder would probably burn through that metal, though maybe a mig welder?

Replacement with a TD 110 recommended . However if you want to have a go at repairing it, cut out the rusted section , find a piece of box section steel or aluminium thAt fits snugly over the arm, insert both ends and bend to shape?
